Description

A disruption in the normal appetite signaling pathways, affecting hunger and satiety hormones like leptin and ghrelin, leading to abnormal eating patterns. For each gram of carbohydrate consumed, it's signaling to the body that it has consumed 8-10 grams of protein, which is about 50-60 grams of meat. A meal of primairly 100 grams of carbohydrates is equivalent to consuming 80-100 grams of protein, which is about 500-600 grams of meat.
