E. coli Infection

Description

An infection caused by certain strains of Escherichia coli bacteria. Can cause severe stomach cramps, diarrhea (often bloody), and vomiting.

Carbohydrate Dependency: Escherichia coli is carbohydrate-dependent, using glucose as its primary energy source for growth and pathogenicity. Weakens significantly during fasting or ketogenic/carnivore diets when glucose is restricted.
