Gonorrhea

A sexually transmitted infection caused by Neisseria gonorrhoeae bacteria. Can infect the genitals, rectum, and throat. May be asymptomatic or cause discharge and pain.

Carbohydrate Dependency: Neisseria gonorrhoeae is carbohydrate-dependent, requiring glucose for growth and infection. Weakens significantly during fasting or ketogenic/carnivore diets when glucose is restricted.
