Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)

Description

An infection of the urinary system, most commonly caused by E. coli bacteria. Symptoms include painful urination, frequent urges to urinate, and cloudy urine.

Carbohydrate Dependency: Escherichia coli (main cause) is carbohydrate-dependent, using glucose as its primary energy source. Weakens significantly during fasting or ketogenic/carnivore diets when glucose is restricted.
